NEW AT THIS ??? (OR JUST WANT A GENTLE SPORT PLANE?) Then you'll want our "AIRMADILLO BASIC TRAINER". The big five foot wing with a little dihedral is perfect for a beginner. Why spend days, weeks or even months building a trainer just to see it SMASHED TO SMITHEREENS while learning to fly? You can be flying in an hour or two and since everything except the radio and engine is in the box, they'll be no last minute trips to the hobby shop! Just think, no gluing, no covering, no sanding, no sweating and no tears when you CRASH!

All that is required is a .40/.46 size engine (.60/.75 for Trainer 60) and a four channel radio. Sporting a 60" wing span with a 11-1/4" chord and weighing only 5-1/2 pounds the "BASIC TRAINER" is easy to land and can take some real punishment. Cartwheels down the runway, brutal landing and most crashes usually result in just a couple of broken nylon bolts, which can be easily replaced in minutes to keep you flying for hours! The "BASIC TRAINER" comes with tricycle gear but a steerable tailwheel is also included so you can easily switch to a taildragger. Pick your favorite color (Red, Yellow, Orange and Blue) and get started learning today!

Note:Learn to Fly quickly using your computer and the Dave Brown flight Simulator... $119.95 (Rental available $25 a month)
